Best Western Plus Grosvenor Airport Hotel

Been staying in this hotel with Booking.com as it hasnt given me problem or concern on my stay, accomodations, billing even at one time when I needed and requested to change my room as I wasnt comfortable with disable-accessible bathroom. They are prompt in accomodating my request. Never gad a problem wuth front desk people. Always on top in assisting guests. Last stay was a bonus too as they allowed me to extend up to 2pm check-out as my flight was still at 750 pm. Didnt want to go around and catch the traffic so i preferred to stay. Breakfast is also satisfying. Just not happy with their airport shuttle bow on a limited time. Hopefully, they can revert back to every hour pick-up to and from airport. Shuttle now runs only from 5am-10am. and 5pm-10pm.

Been to the Grosvenor several times since moving out of the area. I was here to connect with family and friends for the holidays. I was looking forward to the breakfasts during Christmas. It was always delightful to have breakfast with Christmas carols. It was the same excitement this time. The food selection was not what I expected. I had had in the past, potatoes, sausage links. There were no potatoes, and sausage patties were salty and dry. I don't remembers the eggs tasting not like fresh eggs. I hope you are not using carton eggs. The staff is always the best, from the front desk to the maintenance man who responded quickly to fix a broken bed, necessitating in us being moved to another room. I was disappointed to notice that the rooms have looked dated as well as the bathroom is not as i remembered. Its a well used hotel, I get it, and the housekeeping dept. do their best to present a clean room. The hotel needs to be updated for sure. I do enjoy the fast coming and going of airport travelers. The lobby, reception and dining areas are really well appointed. Always look forward to the Sees Candies just a stone's throw away from the hotel.

The hotel offers good service. All the staff, including those at the front desk and breakfast area, are warm and professional. The guest rooms are clean, and the breakfast is nice. The free airport shuttle is very convenient.

Breakfast was DELICIOUS! Room was good, but I didn't get the room I had reserved/requested. They sent me an email for my request of an accessible room; to say they were able to accommodate my request, but that didn't happen either. We will always stay here when we travel out this way again. Hopefully next time we get the room we reserve! By the way, we ate dinner at the restaurant there and it was EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you!

Several choices for breakfast presented on a steam table. The ubiquitous waffle machines were also available. It wasn't anything special until you compare it to what you get at other establishments.
